Refund Policy

At CandyMustache, Inc., we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality digital assets. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined below.

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed automatically until canceled.

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew on the billing cycle selected (monthly or annual). Renewal dates are visible in your account billing portal.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund. You will retain access until the end of the current paid term.
  • No proration. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Refunds after renewal. Generally, we do not issue refunds for subscription renewals. As a courtesy, if you contact us within 48 hours of renewal and have not downloaded any assets in the new term, we may approve a refund at our discretion.
  • Defective assets. If a specific downloaded asset is defective and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days, we may issue a credit or refund a reasonable portion of your most recent subscription payment.
  • Post-cancellation usage. After cancellation, you may not download new assets. Your right to use previously downloaded assets is governed by our License Agreement.
  • Payment failures. If a renewal payment fails, your access may be suspended immediately. We will reattempt charges for up to 7 days. If unsuccessful, the subscription will be canceled.
  • Trials & promotions (if offered). Trials convert to paid subscriptions at the stated rate unless canceled before the trial ends. Downloading assets during a trial may immediately end the trial and trigger the paid term.

EU/UK consumer notice: If you are located in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content purchases. By downloading or accessing assets during this period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once access begins.

2. One-Time Packs

One-time packs are single-purchase products that do not auto-renew.

  • Final sale. All one-time packs are considered final sales.
  • Refunds will only be granted if:
    • The downloaded product is defective and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days, or
    • A duplicate purchase of the same pack occurred in error.
  • No refunds for:
    • Change of mind or misunderstanding of product features.
    • User system or software incompatibility (unless the product description was misleading).
    • Assets already downloaded and functioning as described.
  • License & usage. Your usage of one-time pack assets is subject to our License Agreement. Assets may be used in accordance with that license but cannot be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own.

3. Lifetime Deals

Refunds for Lifetime Deals may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Before April 1, 2025: Customers may request a full refund for any reason, provided no assets have been downloaded.
  • On or After April 1, 2025: Customers have 7 days from the purchase date to request a refund, provided no assets have been downloaded.
  • No refunds after download. Once an asset has been downloaded, refunds will not be granted unless the asset is proven to be defective and cannot be used as intended.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Email support@candymustache.com with the subject line:
    Refund Request – [Your Order Number]
  2. Provide the reason for your request, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, your account may be suspended and access to products revoked while the matter is investigated.

6. Policy Updates

CandyMustache, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website.
